Written by a man identified in its heading as Johannes de Tinemue, it is a skillful synopsis, with complete proofs of the principal Archimedian theorems on the surface and volume of the sphere ... In the present account, I will make proposals about this elusive character and his relation to the study of Archimedes and Euclid in the 13th century.'
