Abstract:
This paper summarizes the results of the research carried out in several national and international projects concerning the history of seismology in the perspective of the utilisation of scientific and historical scientific correspondence between scholars of Earth Sciences. Within the reference framework of the methodological and quantitative results produced we propose a project for a co-ordinated collaboration among scholars and institutions interested in the study and the valorisation of the epistolary heritage produced by networks of Earth Sciences observatories
