Abstract:
Of eleven articles often wrongly attributed to Felice Fontana, six are shown to have been the work of Giovanni Maria Urbano Fontana (1753-1791) of Turin. One was written by Angelo Della Decima (1752-1824), another by Felice's brother Gregorio. Two are incorrect bibliographic citations (of non-existent works); one, in manuscript only, is by an author unknown but certainly not Felice Fontana
